Daily use. I am a professional who perspires easily in a southern humid hot climate. I tried this deodorant just because I like to see what's new out there sometimes. Also, I got a great free tote for purchasing it. Great for the price. However, the smell is a bit musky, which I do not care for in women's deodorants. But it seemed to last all day, even through a workout and lots of sweating! It did leave a white residue. But my regular Cashmere Mist brand does that. I like it, but probably will not buy again unless my brand isn't available or there's another great gift with purchase.
