I was under the assumption "oxygenating" meant adding oxygen to the eye area, however this product just caused my eye area to tighten, creating even more creases and fine lines. I had to add another eye cream over it to hydrate my eye area. And there wasn't a 'cooling' sensation as mentioned on the instructions.
