I ordered the Yummy Mummy color when they had a sale for the nail polish with the matching gloss for $10. This is my first time buying Butter London and have read a lot of great reviews on their polish so I was very excited to get these on sale!
I love the color of the polish! It has tiny specks of gold/bronzey-gold in it. This is great for everyday wear. Unfortunately I did not have the same love for it's Lippy. It's sticky and has a strong smell to it! I emailed ButterLondon to ask if my gloss has a defect. They replied that the LIPPY should have a vanilla-cake sweet scent to it. Does yours smell like vanilla cake? Mine definitely does not!
Though I'm disappointed with their Lippy, I'm glad to have purchased this half the original price!

This is a great color, but I struggled to get even application. I had to use three coats for what I would usually use two of with other butter London colors. The lip color is a bit intense for me, I have to really tone it down to wear it. If you can pull it off the set is a great value and the polish looks really pretty and spring like. As always, use butter London polish with their base coat and top coat, otherwise it doesn't last nearly as long.

I am really into coordinating lips and nails for the Spring season, and this combo is FANTASTIC!!! All my girlfriends loved the look the first, 2nd and 3rd time I've worn it...so much so that a couple of them have purchased their own.

Yummy Mummy is so very... yummy for nails. I am not so sure about the lip color. It may be too brown for me, as I am quite fair. I felt like my lips looked a little sickly with it on.

Shambolic is a very pretty sparkly purple. The lippy looks dark and has little flecks of glitter in it, but goes on very sheer. It looks nice by itself or worn over lipstick. I love the hexagonal glitter in the polish. It is hard to remove, like other glitters, but is gorgeous!

Love this set, not only is the polish great, but for just a little more you get a good lipgloss too! The only thing I would change is the applicator brush, Its harder to use them most, but colors are great and long lasting, and lipgloss is good too!

I'm in Love with this Set!
Lips - The idea of purple glitter lip gloss was scary but it comes out a nice sheer plum color with very tiny micro-glitter almost unable to be seen unless close up. I can wear it to work.

Tips - The Nail polish is a Medium Purple glitter but the glitter bits are a little hologram. It's like a titanium rainbow coating over the purple glitter. GORGEOUS!!!

Use the entire "system" (base, color, and topcoat) as directed, and you won't be disappointed. It's now the only brand I use. The "con" is that you have to use this brand of polish remover - or it is hard to remove.

I tried it because of the ingredients; keep using it because it works!

The lipgloss was just a bonus with this purchase. I love this color, but the lipstick is a bit sticky.
