I normally do not wash my hair everyday, about twice a week, and this is perfect for it. I had a bad run in with hair dye so I had to dye again within a week and my hair was a little dry from it. I purchased this three piece set to try it out and I love it. I will be purchasing the bigger quantity of each three items. It leaves my hair soft and smelling great!
