Gave me the wrong product

By Ree

Comments about bareMinerals READY Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20:

The girl who helped me with the product used two color tones.. one was perfect and one was light. She gave me the light color one and I was thinking I got the perfect tone one. Once I got home and use it the next day, I look more pale. Since this is already opened I am not sure if I can return it and I felt like I wasted my money.

                Suggested Usage Instructions:

For full coverage, use the READY Precision Face Brush (Item #: 2249609):
TAP brush very lightly on foundation
BUFF gently onto skin with long, graceful strokes

For medium coverage, use the Flawless Application Face Brush (Item #: 2072347):
TAP brush very lightly on foundation
BUFF gently onto skin in a circular motion

To further minimize oil and shine, we recommend applying Prime Time Oil Control Foundation Primer (Item #: 2244486) prior to foundation application. The primer works to combat excess oil and absorb shine.

I am using Pur Minerals pressed powder foundation in Porcelain. I like the coverage and finish, but it is too yellow for me, but just right otherwise. Is this similar in finish? And is there a similar shade in terms of fairness, but with a cooler undertone? Thank you!

Yes, this product works for all skin types, including dry skin. It is actually formulated with a time-released mineral hydration system that delivers a 108% increase in skin hydration after 12 hours of wear!

For best results on dry skin, we recommend applying a moisturizer and primer prior to use to ensure smooth application. Try bareMinerals Prime Time BB Primer-Cream Daily Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 30, a tinted moisturizer, primer, and sunscreen in one:

                A:

Yes, Golden Medium - R270 should be ideal to use as a lighter wintertime shade for you. It works best for medium complexions with yellow undertones. This shade can be tested at your nearest ULTA store, if you prefer:
