Not good for long hair, will not curl the entire length of your hair. It also snags your hair quite a bit. This also takes what seems like forever to "curl" all of your hair. I do not recommend this product.

Took a while to get use to operating both buttons but once I was coordinated enough the process went alot smoother. Still very time consuming but so was curling my hair with a standard curling iron. This iron creates beautiful ringlets.

You really need to have time and patience to use this product. It can produce good results if you are skillful. I'm going to take it to my stylist, so she can give me lessons!

This product is for my daughter. She has long hair and this will not get the length of her hair. It also snags or tangles it when she squeezes the unit to set the curl. I would not recommend.

Curling iron didn't create curls that looked anything like the ones on the box cover.

I was leary about buying this as I have super straight hair that has never been able to hold a curl unless done by a professional but it was a good price with a coupon to boot so I took the plunge. Takes a little while to heat up but has lots of heat settings. The little clamp to hold your hair absolutley will not hold my hair (it immediately slides out once I start winding it) so I just don't use the clamp and it works great. I just wrap my hair around it manually then press the button to lock in the spirals for a few seconds and I have the most amazing gorgeous spirals that last ALL DAY LONG!! I was shocked at how beautiful the curls were but figured they would lose shape within 2 hours. No hair spray used and the curls were just as great 12 hours later. It is tricky to use, especially in the back but that's more on me than the product. I thought I would end up just tossing this in a drawer but am pleased to be using it over and over. I love it!Lots of compliments too as it is a dramatic change from my super straight hair.

Bought this for my daughter's very straight hair. It didn't seem to curl the way it says on the box. I found the product time-consuming and not easy to use at all.

I am not used to using a curling iron and found this very difficult to use. It only has a small clip to hold your hair and my hair kept slipping off since the metal was thick as well. It was akward to twist as well. Just not for me.
