I use this on a daily basis to combat my ever expanding puffy under eye bags. Guess this is what happens when you pass 27.
It blends well and stays on throughout the day. My only con is that there is a "sparkley" aspect to it, which I am not a fan of. I get this is supposed to reflect light to make that area appear brighter, so this is something I will deal with.

I love to use this as a highlighter color for my brow bone and inner corner of my eyelid. It's sheer and leaves just a hint of luminousity -not sparkly/not exactly a matte.
My skintone is medium/medium tan and I use the # 3 for under my eyes and other areas.

I was really disappointed with this product. I had high hopes after reading the reviews. I don't think it makes any difference in my dark circles after I put it on. It doesn't brighten under the eye at all. I was also not happy to see that it had shimmer/glitter in the product.
