hair do midnight brown 23" wavy extensio

By Tiffy

Comments about Hairuwear 23"" Wavy Clip-In Extension:

Color wise, it matched great (dark brown/midnight brown) to my 3N/2N colored hair. The clips hurt and don't fit quite right along the base of the skull and after a couple of hours of wear it became tangled at the bottom. Regret this purchase and wish I had shelled out a tad more for human hair extensions.

Added this to my hair for a special night out! Husband was knocked over but didn't quite know why! Don't know if I'll ever tell him about it or just surprse him with the look now and then.

Comments about Hairuwear 23"" Wavy Clip-In Extension:

Synthetic is not the way to go. It was my first time buying extensions and I wish the girl was more knowledgeable or recommended human hair. I would've definitely spent the extra money. I straightened the hair once and now it won't recurl, sheds, and the ends are all extremely frayed. If my receipt hadn't expired, I'd go back for new ones. I spent 107 and it would be worth it to just buy human hair.

Comments about Hairuwear 23"" Wavy Clip-In Extension:

I'm a professional stylist specializing in extensions and part of what I do is purchase various brands to evaluate them for possible solutions for my clients. I often shop online or at local weave stores where it's easy to find inexpensive extensions that get the job done, so I had high hopes for a product that is nearly $80.

I was extremely disappointed that the hair was just another bad synthetic rip off. It amazes me that retailers get away with pricing things like this so high, when the product is so bad.

Nowadays you can find GOOD synthetic hair that is even heat styleable and doesn't look like doll hair. Save your money and splash out on some real hair clip ins or a halo instead.

Comments about Hairuwear 23"" Wavy Clip-In Extension:

Although I was hesitant to spend $100 on synthetic extensions, this is now easily my favorite Hairuwear product. The biggest complaints I see about this product are how quickly it becomes tangled and "unusable" and that it's difficult to conceal.
TIPS: NEVER use a comb/brush on these extensions. When you take it out, gently remove any tangles with your fingers and hang it up. If you feel that you've already ruined your extensions, purchase the Hairuwear shampoo/leave-in conditioner/hairspray kit. Soak in shampoo, (this is an exception, comb with a wide-toothed comb WHILE WET), spray thoroughly with leave in conditioner, then spray thoroughly with hairspray before wearing. Then follow the general instructions for the product. As far as concealing the hairline, you may feel inclined to separate your hair too far up. I clip the extensions in on a line directly above my ears, and even when my hair is damaged and thin, the product is concealed.

I loved loved this product for the first few uses, but once it gets tangled up, it looks horrible and you cannot get the snarls out good enough. I like how it blends right in with my hair color.

My hair is fine, light blonde, shoulder length and thinning. I use this product to add fullness, body, and length. I wear this hair piece everyday. I love it! I feel and look like a million bucks! Its so sexy, and very pretty. It matches my hair perfectly. I am on my third one! As long has you can cover the top with your own hair and spray with hair spray to cover up the demarkation where the hairpiece starts you won't believe how amazing it looks. TIP: start with front of your own hair part so that your hair is flipped forward, clip the top front middle clip first, front side clips second, then work your way to the lower back clips last. Now comb back your your own flipped hair that you started with as mentioned above, making sure your cover up the demarkation.

I have very fine hair, and although this product matched my hair color perfectly, it was too thick at the top and I didn't have enough of my own hair to cover up where it started. I'm looking for the "fine line" version which I think will work with my thin hair.
