The ends are kind of large and you need to apply a good deal of pressure to get the blackheads out. This left my face looking like a war zone. I would say the only use would be to get rid of a pimple that is about to burst. I was hoping to use it to clean up the blackheads on my face but the damage far exceeded any benefits. I was left with red spots like I burst some blood vessels. If the ends were smaller it would do the trick. I could not begin to recommend this product.

The double ended tool alows 4 easy extraction of dirt & oil from clogged pores. Pores stay clear without visible damage to surrounding skin. Leaves small circular marks so use this at the end of the day after a shower or bath when you have no plans for several hours. Circles go away but you look like you have polka dots until they do go away.
