I bought this after seeing it on so many beauty blogs. I really like Lorac eyeshadows. They are almost creamy, blend-able and very pigmented. I love the combination of matte and shimmer shades. However, I didn't keep this for two reasons. One, the fall-out from the shimmer shades was pretty bad. Secondly, I am very fair skinned, cool-toned, blue eyed brunette and I just didn't love all the colors. Brown tones have a tendency to look yellow or dirty on me. Mauve/pinky colors make me look tired. And, I confess, I own a lot of eyeshadow already. I gave this to my Mom who is a couple shades darker than me. She loves it and it looks amazing on her. She is a light skinned, green eyed blonde who loves the smoky eye. I think this would be great for a starter or classic palette.

I debated getting this because I have THE other palette and didn't think this was necessary. So glad I got this, it's now my favorite. The mix of matte and shimmery colors, and every last color is wearable making this just a truly incredible item. The shadows are very pigmented and silky, I can't sing its praises enough, this is actually my first lorac purchase surprisingly, and I adore it.

This palette is perfect because of it's combination of matte and shimmer colors so it's great for daytime and night time. It also has some great colors for a smokey eye effect. Highly pigmented. Would use this palette daily!

As a middle aged woman, I have tried all the shadows out there. I was amazed by the deep colors and silky application that this set provided. I love it! I recommend applying and then wiping off under your eyes before applying concealer, because it does flake upon application. I also would like to see more medium colors as opposed to bright light colors. The sable color is to die for!

This is a great addition to any make-up lovers collection. The shadows can be applied wet or dry and have amazing staying power when used with the eye primer (gift with purchase). The colors are pigmented and beautiful. I already own the Urban Decay Naked Palette and I love mixing up the two.

This is my first high end palette and I don't if it's operator error but it seems that these are hard to blend. The colors are great and do last all night. It just takes a lot longer to get a well blended look. Love the texture when I did swatches.
