Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I use this product under my makeup. I'm somewhat prone to breakouts so I use it sparingly. I like that it's a primer and a sunscreen at once. Seems to be a pretty good product, overall. My makeup stays on better just as it's supposed to with a primer.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I put this on after I wash my face and before I do my hair to let the product "set". My liquid foundations goes on so smooth. I think it makes my skin look younger.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I was looking for a cheap primer because I use it so often for my bare minerals products. This product looked promising because it was by neutrogena and it said that you can even apply the product and not wear foundation. I thought that meant it had a bit of tint. I was beyond wrong. It has glitter, that was overwhelming. I hate glitter and its not my style

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
First time I have used primer, and I love it. This is an excellent drugstore brand according to my research.
I feel like this + foundation/concealer + loose powder really help my makeup last and look fresh all day. Huge difference from before when I was just applying foundation each morning.
I just apply this to my face and neck with my fingers like lotion, or with a foundation brush every day. I don't like getting product on my fingers, but this is not too bad and seems to go on a little better that way (a large "kabuki" brush might work well).
It dries in seconds, and all the product I use after that seems to go on a lot smoother. I will say that it seems to absorb the foundation better than my bare skin did, so I end up using more, but the finish looks much more "natural" and matte, even in the sun.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
This product does everything it says it should and then some. Gives an airbrushed look when used properly. For those complaining about the coverage of this primer should know that you don't use primer to cover up blemishes, ect. Primer is used to even skin tone and fill fine line and pores so your make up doesn't. You use concealer and foundation for cover up over the primer. I never used primer in my makeup regimen, but am glad to add it. This stuff works awesome and is cheap as well. Great work neutragena.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I never thought primer would be so important to a makeup regimen, but I am glad to add it. For those who complain about the coverage of this primer are not obviously aware that primer is not for coverage. It's used to even skin tone and fill lines and pores so your makeup doesn't. You use concealer or foundation for cover ups. This product does everything it says its supposed to do, and doesn't make me break out. I have t-zone skin and large pores, cuz of my age. I would recommend this to a friend for sure. It's a great primer and I love how it makes my makeup look so flawless!! Great work neutragena.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I have big pores and this product doesn't work as well as others. Also, my make up fades out quicker than without a primer.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I use this after moisturizer and before make up. I was trying to put on a photo finish before the make up so I didn't have to use as much. While this works better than just moisturizer, it is not as good as some photo finish products out there, that are more expensive.

Comments about Neutrogena Healthy Skin Primer:
I have tried a few different types of primers and I like this one the least. It is smooth going on,but my skin gets oily by lunch time (I have combination skin, not super oily). It didn't help my foundation stay on and while it has a brightening effect, I did not like what it did to my skin.
