I'm so glad Ulta is carrying Mavala products now! This basecoat is the best. It provides a somewhat sticky surface and helps nailpolish adhere. It doesn't bubble or stain, and prevents nailcolor from staining. Also prevents nails from peeling. This product is hard to find, and I was unable to find a substitute. Works great under the one-coat fast-drying nailpolishes, too.
