This product was very easy to use and cut my normal 10 minute hair routine time in half. Even with such little effort my hair looked the best it ever has after I let it air dry (it even dried much faster!).
My normally rough ends were left smooth and soft and the course texture of my hair changed into a silky one. I still had an issue with tangles, but next time I plan on brushing my hair before getting in the shower which should not only fix the tangle problem, but also allow the product to spread better during the application.
If your not getting a good clean with this product you need to remember that co-washes must be worked into the scalp for about 3 minutes and rinsed more thoroughly than a normal shampoo/ conditioner. I ended up needing 2 and a half pumps for my medium thick hair that is 4 inches below my bra strap and my hair was left moisturized and just as clean as when I use a stripping shampoo.
A few things to remember when using this... It really foams up and spreads while it sits in your hair so even if you don't feel like you have enough product on, just give it a few minutes. Also, make sure to comb through your hair with the product in for easier tangle removal and a smoother cuticle.
Flawless is worth giving a try. I know it sounds strange and looks a little pricey, but it's well worth it!

This is the first time I used this product. I bought it after reading the reviews. I have thick curly hair and this softens hair and feels great while its on your hair. It has a light clean scent. The cons to me is that it did not give my hair any shine.. It did, however give my hair volume and it detangles hair as well. It seems to feel like a thick moisturizing conditioner but after washing it out it actually gives my hair volume and seems to be very light. Overall I like this product.

I was impress. It take little to get your hair clean and soft. It don't make foam like a normal shampoo. You can run your fingers thru very easy.
I wash my hair very often. is been tow weeks since get it, I still have some. I do recommend it. Have a nice hair day.

I personally love this product although I wish it wasn't so expensive. If the cost was less I would buy it more often. And I wish there was a different way to bottle the product vs. the can such as plastic bottle or pump. I don't feel like you get all of the product out and you cant see to ensure that none of the product ingredients settled at bottom.

This made my hair so soft feeling! It is a little weird to get the hang of how to use it since it doesn't have any suds, but it did wonders to my dry, parched, bleached hair. And who can complain about saving time in the shower with one step? This stuff is WONDERFUL. I'm never going back to regular shampoo/conditioner.

bought this product after hearing a great review. used it only 2 times and both times i wasn't all that impressed. although the smell and texture of the product is nice i didnt feel like my hair got really clean. the product doesn't lather and just feels like a conditioner. i have fine hair and it was weighted down. i was trying to use the product a third time and the way the packaging is it made the product hard to get out. i think this product is good for thicker hair but the packaging definately needs to be different as it is very hard to get the product out and for the price that i paid for it, it wasn't worth it. i returned it.

This product is one of the best I've tried, and I've tried a LOT! Yes, the price tag is shocking, but it's worth every single penny. I don't use it every day, but when I do my hair is shiny, looks healthy--never have a bad hair day when I use it.
