I've wanted this dryer for a very long time and finally caught it on sale with a coupon and it came with a free $100 gift so I decided to buy it. I think the touch screen is pretty neat and you can customize the heat, speed, and ion settings. I've been having trouble with split ends lately, so I love being able to max out the ion setting. I have thick hair in a short graduated bob and don't use the highest heat setting; it takes about 8-10 minutes to dry my hair.

I have two problems with this dryer. 1) The grip on the handle is non-existent. That in addition to the weight, means I find it hard sometimes to maneuver it without it slipping in my hand a bit. I'm also coming from the Chi Chameleon Ionic dryer that had a thicker handle which meant a better grip. 2) No memory unless it stays plugged in. I use the dryer in the bathroom and store it in my bedroom. I don't leave it plugged in. So that means every time I use it, I always have to change the settings to what I want. Every time. This is rather tedious. I have a Croc flat iron that is digital and keeps its temperature settings even after being unplugged. So having to choose the three settings each time I want to use the dryer gets to be frustrating.

Other than that, it's a pretty good dryer. But after paying what I did for it (even with the sale, coupon, and free gift) and it lacking a proper grip and memory settings, I don't think it was worth it.

I purchased this dryer last Christmas and I love it! My hair is shiny after using it with a lot less frizz than with previous dryers. I love the fact that you can control the temperature. The only cons would be it's a little on the heavy side and the cord bunches up easily.

I use this dryer every day, and couldn't be happier. It dries my hair quickly, and the ion setting makes ivy hair look sleek and shiny. Added bonus: the dryer looks like something out of a sci-fi movie!

I love this hair dryer. While I was a little reluctant to spend the full retail I had a coupon so I went for it. Absolutely LOVE it. Completely worth every penny. I have VERY thick hair that i have to dry in layers. This dryer took about 6 minutes to dry my hair, which is amazing fast for me!

I use it after getting right out of the shower just to air dry and when I am ready to style my hair, I am able to get my hair all dry in 15 mins. I have really thick, long hair, so that is really fast. I am not tired holding the dryer and I like that I am able to change the settings by touch screen. There are so many nice things about this blow dryer, it is a really nice design and it feels luxurious, not only does it come in a awesome box, it is like buying a laptop, the dryer comes with a diffuser, a styling spray to be used with dryer and a conditioning treatment. I like that they included those additional products because I am now addicted to the styling spray.
My only concern is that the price is higher than the other Chi models, but I was lucky enough to use discount code to get it at a more affordable price. This is an amazing dryer and it would make a really great Christmas gift.

I had a Chi dryer before and could't locate another till the Ulta store appeared. This dryer with the touch dial to adjust settings is great for my thick curly hair and my husband's very thin, fine hair.
