I absolutely love this tool!!! I can do everything with it in 1/2 the time. It usually takes me about 30 mins in the morning...with this tool I can knock my hair out in about 15-18 mins. The iron heats up very fast. I love that the flatiron feature gives the beautiful feathered looked that everyone is wearing. i love love love this iron!!! Thank you BABYBLISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hate this thing! I got it as a Christmas gift and it was horrible. It won't straighten my hair at all. It also rips out a lot of hair. Don't waste your money!!!

Was tricky to start using, but once you get the hang of it its great. Curling, wavy, straightener all in one and it actually helps protect my hair from heat damage. I love it!

I already had a babyliss flat iron that I love and when I saw the same brand in a wand I ordered it immediately. I love it. It makes the wand curls I wanted and even came with an instructional DVD. It has non slip dots to hold ur hair from sliding around. Works as a flat iron and also makes other types of curls. I think it's pretty cool.

I have short hair now, but I want to grow it out. I have no idea what to do with my short hair and needed a quality iron that would straighten AND curl my wavy textured hair from now that it's short until it's long and grown out. This took me about a week to figure out how to use, and I have to be ultra cautious around my ears to not burn them, but I LOVE it! It does EVERYTHING I need it to do (straighten bangs, give crown volume, curl the ends under AND out)with one tool that only uses ONE outlet. You can lock it closed to use it like a conical wave/curling iron, AND it has 3 different heat settings topping out at 450 degrees. I highly recommend this if you have the patience to figure out how to use it on your own hair. It does come with an instructional DVD, but I haven't watched it yet.

Very hard to wrap hair and style. Lock position was difficult to engage which definitely makes me think " broke" in a few months. Heat was good but trying the different styling positions caused a few too many " ouch!" moments when my hand got in way...needed a glove which didn't come with it. Maybe just me and couldn't quite get hang of it so I'm returning. Too bad, the waves were cute for that beach look for my long hair.
