This stuff is awesome!! I have really thick, curly hair and it's hard to manage. Using this conditioner I have noticed my hair being much more smooth and I don't lose as much hair as before. I used this conditioner with the shampoo for the first time today so, while I cannot comment as to whether or not I have less shedding (we'll see in the shower tomorrow)...I CAN say...WOW! This stuff smells amazing and left my hair the softest and shiniest it's ever been. Even if it does not help with my over shedding (why I got the shampoo/conditioner) I'm keeping this for the smell alone. Even my husband commented on how great it smells. As a comment on the actual bottle, I had no trouble with the twist cap and actually prefer it for travelling. About a quarter size in the palm of my hand was all I needed for my shoulder length, caucasian, wavy hair so just know a little goes a long way. An added bonus is that it cut down on the dry time of my hair..which means less heat on my already damaged tresses...even better!
