I flat iron my hair on a daily basis and have always used the same flat iron... I decided to try something new and hopefully better for my hair when my old flat iron went out for the billionth time! The Chi flat irons don't work too great on my hair...they straighten it but by the end of the day it's wavy and a hot mess again! So far I love this Remington though! It actually takes less time for me to flat iron my hair and everyone compliments me on how much healthier and shinier my hair looks! My boyfriend even told me "it looks like you got it professionally done"....since when do guys notice the difference?! Maybe he was sucking up?! Lol ;) anyways! Great product! Get you one!

Remington has never disappointed me. I love all of their products. I was really scared to buy it because of the price but when i came home and used it on my crazy lion looking hair, i was amazed and totally forgot the price. You will not be disappointed. Just let it heat up for about a minute or two. LOVE REMINGTON...

I have thick wavy hair. Most hair straighteners don't get my hair as straight or smooth and shiny as I want. This straightener definitely did. I have had no problems at all with it! I use it almost every day and love it!

I used it one time and took it back! It was breaking my hair off as I was straightening! Don't waste your time or money!

i have owned a paul mitchell flat iron for 4 years and decided to try something a little different so i went ahead and bought this flat iron. went to use it and did ok at the bottom layers but when i got to the top it made a horrible noise!!! it started snagging my hair making a skretching noise. If your hair is not color treated or chemical treated it might work for you but since the top layers of my hair our bleached thats when i noticed the snagging!!!! but did make my hair soft but had to break out old faithful to finsh the job!!!!

A wonderful manager at the Houston/Richmond store said she just sold one to someone else so she let me try it. It is really good and so much less than some other name brands. I am VERY pleased and I would recommend you try it before you spend a ton of money and then write a review. It has a nice long cord and the buttons are on the side and not inside the wand.
