I've had the product a couple of weeks now. Thought the 1 1/4 inch plates were going to be less effective and take longer to do my hair than my old iron. That was not the case. Have the iron set on 25 and I'm done straightening multiple layers of hair within 15 mins.

My hair is thin and fairly straight but flips out at the bottom when it dries naturally. So I use a straightener for obvious reasons. This particular one works great. It doesn't snag my hair, it heats up quickly, and has multiple settings depending on how hot I want it to get. I use this in combination with my new Hot Tools blow dryer and my hair comes out amazing
