I use this product daily in the morning after cleansing and toning and prior to powder foundation. I am 57 years old with very oily skin and have not found any other anti-aging product that doesn't make my skin more oily. This product is matifying and controls oil for about 2-3 hours but then I am blotting and re-applying makeup. Must use only a little or it will contribute to oily (try blotting after it has settled in) and an oily residue will be on the blotting paper. No noticeable anti-aging results, thus I didn't rate it highter. A new bottle did not smell like the sample I tried; however, over time my product has a great lavender scent.

I have very oily skin, and at 46, it's hard to find products that combat the oiliness, while not drying out the skin too. This product, along with Dr. Brandt's other product's in this line, does that better than anything else that I've tried.

I've tried a TON of products to try and rid myself of the massive quantity of oil that my skin produces. I tried this product, and it does control oil more than most have, but I still have to powder or blot many times through the day. I think if you have moderately oily skin, this will work well for you...mine is just too oily. More benefits of this product are reduced pores and skin feels smooth and soft. I would recommend it highly as a good skin care product for moderately oily skin.
