The dryer performed very well in as far as drying my hair, preventing frizz, etc. Very nice heat level, lightweight, etc. HOWEVER, I couldn't hold the handle without turning off the dryer. The on/off/heat buttons are in a very bad place. In 10 minutes of drying, I would inadvertently shut off the dryer at least 3 times. Also, I dry my curly hair with a brush to blow it out, and the nozzle was so long, that it felt very awkward holding the dryer; it was hard to coordinate holding the brush to match the dryer while simultaneously NOT pushing any of the buttons on the handle. I didn't keep the box, so I threw away this dryer and bought a new one elsewhere (different brand/style).

This is a quality dryer, however the position of the controls on the handles make it awkward to hold. I believe the design could be improved.

The buttons were right where my hands and fingers needed to land to hold it. It frizzed my hair. Was clunky to use. I used it to blow-out my curly hair to straight. Could not use it to diffuse-dry my hair because of the really dreadful design of the diffuser!

I bought this hair dyer because there were several reviews saying that it had plenty of heat. I was dissapointed because it does not get very hot at all. So, if you are looking for a dryer that does, do not buy this one.

The controls are the worst designed of any dryers I've had. It's impossible to hold it without the c ontrols clicking and changing the settings. I will be returning it.
