Very emollient cream. It smells wonderful. If you have very, very sensitive skin, the fragrance may be an irritant. Otherwise, I highly recommend this. You receive a lot of product for the price (especially when they are on special).

I have been looking forever for a creme/lotion for dry skin caused by a medication I am taking. I have finally found it. I had dry flaking skin and I just couldn't find anything for it. I used the "sweet lemon" butter for the first time after taking a shower. It was like a miracle and the first time in many months that my skin was not dry. The moisturizing effect lasted into the next day. So happy to have smooth skin again!
