I struggled with the white residue issue too before I learned I could apply the product with a small applicator brush. I use a bareMinerals brush but any shadow or small applicator brush would work. Cleanse and dry area, dab a pea sized amount on the back of your hand and pick up product with brush and apply with light even strokes to your under eye. This allows you to evenly apply and lightly (which is key). Allow it to dry. You'll love it. I was ready to find a different product because of the white residue, but have fallen in love with it all over again. Hope this helps.

A friend told me this product would eliminate bags under the eyes. She is eighty years old and sure enough, I noticed NO bagginess under her eyes. I bought it and am amazed at how effective it is. I only wish it lasted for 24 hours instead of probably about six hours.

The effectiveness disappears if a face cream or make-up is applied after it dries. Also, it doesn't work at all if a face cream has already been applied.

I want to return this. It feels tight and unfortable, after you move the wrinkles are emphasized, it is white after drying and forms glumps when you try to hide the white with foundation. It was so bad I had to wash it off.

I saw this demonstrated in the store and it looked truly amazing. However, the effect is very temporary. Leaves a white residue on my skin. Directions say to apply to bare skin and then apply products (moisturizer, etc) over this product, but applying products over it make all the good effects disappear. If you don't apply products over it, you have to deal with the nasty white residue. I will probably not return, but will likely not reorder.
