I've tried several other products. This is the best. It does what I want. It only takes a small amount rubbed in hands and applied on towel dried hair to get the style you want. Alot of other products I've used before, either made hair too greasy, too sticky or yanked hair out. This gives a very matte look, good hold, not sticky, and makes hair look thicker with great texture. This also has ZERO parabens. Thats a huge Pro.

When Alterna discontinued their other hair paste line I was devistated. A few months later this came out and it is equally as wonderful with a better smell. Can't be beat for short hair scuplting. Both my husband and I use it and will fight over the last bits in the jar lol.

Use only a TINY amount. Too much will make your hair look greasy, but that only comes from over application.

I love this stuff. I have short curly hair and it tames and holds all day without that "gel" look. It only takes a tiny bit to get my hair the way I want it to look.
