This is a great product. The only fault I have is that, BE SURE TO OPEN the jar BEFORE you buy it. I've noticed several times upon purchase, that this product dries out and cracks. If you get a jar like this DO NOT BUY. It's impossible to use. When you get a "good" jar, you have to rub it in your hands to "warm" up to get it easy to use. It can be a bit "cakey". But it does hold well.

I have short hair. I like to wear my hair a bit "spikey". This product does exactly what I want my hair to do. I have tried many other products, and NOTHING works like this product does. This product is not sticky, it's easy to use, has great hold but, you can still brush your hair. This is MY product of choice!

I have thick somewhat curly hair. My hair is cut short and spikey. This product is THE BEST. I have tried MANY other products, to get my hair "just so" this is the ONLY product that does the trick! Just take a dab in your palms rub very well until it looks melted, then flip your head over and rub all over. After rubbing product "all over head" then go back and spike, mold, pick, what ever makes your hair happy! Your hair is now in place! for a little extra hold use a little hair spray. This product can be brushed out easily and does NOT make your hair feel heavy, weighted, sticky or wet looking, like some other products do. I am sure you will fall in love with this product, just as much as I did!!

This product is like cement. You would be lucky if you can it out of the jar. It makes your hair greasy and the scent is horrible. Don't buy this product! Why did alterna get rid of their hemp line? Terrible move
