I apply this liner as a bottom liner. I smudge it with a brush, then I have to reapply. If I apply this liner twice, the color stays bold. I tend to get oily through out the day, so it runs a bit.

I use this product as a eyebrow pencil it works well but can be a bit dark for brows. Also it can smudge a little.

i chose this product after the urban decay color i was after was out of stock. the sales person helped me find this much less expensive, almost equivalent color, in the NYX liner. i was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it applied, and it didn't smudge, and looked the same after i woke up from a nap. great product for the price.

For some reason the white eyeliner chips like paint and has a plastic consistency to it. I have the same one in a mechanical pencil form which has no problems but the retractible version is not good. I was disappointed.
