I use it daily under my eye. Using an angled shadow brush, I apply finishing powder right underneath the liner to keep it from bleeding or smudging -- works great.

In the product description it said it would apply smooth without tugging or skipping which is not the case. I found it hard to apply because it kept pulling on my lid and I tried to apply it three different ways; from inside out, outside in, and starting in the middle. Once i got it on it did look awesome and stayed for most of the day, but did fade a little bit toward late afternoon (I applied it around 5am).
