I read the raving reviews of the volumizing Aveeno shampoo, but couldn't find it at Ulta, so I bought this instead. It dried my hair out just as bad as a cheap sulfate shampoo would.

I've been using other, more expensive sulfate-free shampoos for a while but when I switched to this I noticed an improvement in my hair immediately. My hair is softer and shinier than it has been in a long time, and it doesn't feel weighed down at all. I have very oily hair but with this shampoo I can go a day or two without washing and I don't even notice a difference. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this shampoo yesterday because it was sulfate free. It's a good price for a sulfate free shampoo. I used it once and saw results almost instantly. My hair is not weighted down and was very soft when it dried.

The fact that it doesn't lather will take a little to get used to, but it's totally worth it because you aren't harming your hair.

Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and can't wait to see the benefits from regular use.

I had been stuck on Pureology products, which are fantastic, but extremely pricey. When I tried the Aveeno shampoo while visiting family recently, I was very happy with the result. Since I'd just run out of Pureology shampoo, I thought I'd give the very reasonably-priced Aveeno a try at home. Love it!

I use it everyday. I bought it accidentally. I have oily hair. I use it with the matching conditioner and they were pleasant. They made my hair clean and soft.

I'll be honest, I have only washed my hair once with this shampoo and conditioner. I used it this morning and then was in a rush so I pulled it up into a bun while it was still wet. I took it down when I got home and it finished drying. I cannot believe how great it feels. It's so soft and lightweight I feel like I have a little volume for a change. I also have noticed a major reduction in flyaways which is particularly rare when pulled up and allowed to dry without heat. I will add to my review after I use it regularly for another month or so.

This product lathers well and the smell is alright but it left my hair feeling heavy and full of cleanser even after repeated rinses. Not my number 1 pick for color treated hair.

My hair has always been pretty weak, partly through genetics, partly through the excessive dying through my teens. So a couple years ago I stopped dying my hair entirely and started using Sulfate free shampoos and its made a huge difference. I had used Aveeno shampoo before, loved it but stopped when i began a sulfate free regimen. I used Organix, Natures Gate, and a couple others, but was SO excited when I discovered Aveeno's SF shampoo. This is a great shampoo. I've always had wavey hair with tons of frizz, and now I don't have to use any taming products when I use this because my hair is so silky and smooth, but also light and clean-no waxy residue like with some other shampoos.
