Easy to use, but sometimes tangled in hair when pulling through. Not bad and makes styling somewhat simple although it is fairly limited on what you can do with it. Will have to be creative and see what really works for my hair type and styling wanted.

I use the topsytail tool on my granddaughters hair and it is great. Her hair is very curly and this really helps create new, different, cute styles.

I have extremely thick, wavy, frizzy hair. I also have Excema on my scalp which makes it very sensitive. I have heard others with thick hair say this hurts them. I have a simple solution...don't make the pony tail tight - pull the hair through then tighten it. I used to do this to my hair by using my fingers and would end up hurting myself because there would always be one or two hairs that got pulled out in the process. This product is great and the hairstyle that I use it for calls for both sizes. It took my ten minute hairstyle down to five minutes and I love love love this!
