I guess my lashes have been getting longer due to the serum but as an EYELINER, I really wouldn't recommend it.The ink tends to dry out quickly so you'll constantly have to turn the pen down. If you have sensitive yes, stay away! the fine point tip is very sharp which isn't a good combination considering it's dry ink. I'll stick with pencil liner thank you very much.

The felt tip of this eyeliner is a bit hard on the sensitive eyelids. You have to let the felt tip stay upside down so that the color comes through. Not a huge fan.

Overall I love this product. It takes some practice to apply it well, but can do a thin, defined line or a more wide and dramatic one. It stays on all day. The only major complaint I have with it is that it often leaves a ghost mark on my upper lids (where the eyeliner touches when my eyes are all the way open- which in me is all the time). I bet this would be perfect for someone whose eyes don't open up so wide all the time!

I will start by saying I cannot vouche for the serum benefits. I might wear makeup once or twice a week, so it is not enough use to get the benefits.
I've seen many reviews saying this eyeliner runs/smudges or dries out. I have tried several felt tipped("marker") eyeliners and all of them have dried out except this one(maybe I got lucky?). Also, the only way I can see this running or smudging is if you do not have eye shadow, primer, or foundation on your eyes. If you have a fresh washed face or oily skin it WILL probably smudge but that will happen with most makeup products.
PROS: This product allows you to use alot or alittle. You can make a thick or a thin line. Its buildable, it will not flake off like some eyeliners do after re-applying for touch ups or added depth. It glides smoothly over eyeshadow(loose, mineral, cream) or you can use it under your shadow application. I DO NOT BLEND IT OR USE IT FOR SMUDGING! A "crayon" or "pencil" liner is better for that.
Overall - I was pleasantly surprised by this eyeliner and its good for making clean, bold or understated, precise lines. Easy to use!
