Comments about Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 35:

I never use to bat an eye at the cost of products like this when I was working full time and our household income was six figures, but since becoming a "starving artist" (said with a smile) and since my husband retired last year, I'm a bit more careful where my cosmetic money goes. But THIS product, combined with any of the Smashbox Photo Finish products, are worth every penny. I can't remember the last time I wore foundation. These two items blend well together and are pretty much all I ever use any more. And while seemingly pricey, you don't need much and they tend to last, so the value is there.

Love it! I have dry skin and this keeps me looking fresh and glowing all day long, not dry and cakey. The only downfall is the price... it definitely isn't cheap. But a little goes a long way, so it lasts quite a while. It's worth the money. I use it every day and constantly get comments on my beautiful skin.

This product is really great. I am able to apply with my finger tips for an even, natural looking finish. I have really oily skin so I usually have to use blotting papers halfway through the day, but not with this product. It is not as heavy as a foundation and I haven't experienced any breakouts from this even though I have sensitive skin. All in all, this is a great buy, I definitely recommend it.

I recently moved from Minnesota to south Texas and found that my clay based foundations were too heavy for the hot weather. I like a medium to heavy coverage. I feel this BB cream is light but covers well and is perfect for the weather.

Glad I got this as part of a try-it kit because I am underwhelmed and the color is not great for me. It was an above average BB cream that I considered buying a full size one of until I tried Tarte BB creams and now I will not go back to smashbox. I feel the coverage and staying power on this one is average at best.

So I went to the store looking for a foundation that is good for my acne-prone skin in hopes to find the love of my life. I was looking for something that is easy to put on and last all day for the school day. I bought it, considering it was great because of the price but when I got home and put it on to try it out, I was disappointed to find that it is very sheer coverage. Very disappointed.

Is this BB cream oil free? I LOVED the oil free tinted moisturizer that Smashbox used to make but they stopped when they came out with this product. It this truly oil free? No just without "mineral oils" but ANY oil? The oil free tinted moisturizer was one of the best products I have found - color, texture and it never caused me any breakouts. I'm just about to use up the last of the tubes of it that I had stocked up on when I heard it was going away so it's time to start thinking about as new one but I am concerned about break outs.
