Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
I am 50+ and have below shoulder length hair. My old electric curlers took too long to heat up, plus they were big and bulky. I feel that a curling iron takes too long. I like to put the curlers in and do my makeup, and take them out. They heat up really fast and make my hair really curly. If you want, you can adjust the curl by leaving them in a shorter time. I like the compact design. Glad I purchased them.

Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
For the price, I expected a lot more. I have long, thin hair so curling is easy. I tried the vertical roll for curling-iron look, but any way I tried, they curl like ordinary hot rollers, and for the price, they need to be really special. They are not that special, in my opinion. I prefer the curling iron look. I took them back.

Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
I have very thick, color-treated hair that is below shoulder length. Unable to curl my hair in other hot rollers anymore because the clips fall out because my hair is too thick and long to roll around regular rollers. These are effortless rollers to use. So easy for long hair. They heat up so fast and great for traveling. The clips hold the roller easily. There is nothing I don't like about these thus far. A must for long, thick hair. Highly recommend!!

Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
Will hold curls all day no matter the weather. I have thick, straight hair with long layers. Curls hold longer than with any other product I've ever used. I was looking for something travel size, and decided to try these despite the cost. They were worth every penny. I have received so many compliments about my hair since using these. They are wonderful.

I bought these rollers for my 16 year old daughter because she has hair down to the middle of her back. She tried several times but the curl didn't last. I will be returning these.

Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
I returned these, after multiple tries. They would never heat up enough to be effective, and took forever to heat up at all. The curl was not lasting, and my hair is even easy to curl. Very disappointing. They need to have a heating prong for every curler instead of only six. AND they are expensive to boot!

Comments about Calista Tools Ion Hot Rollers:
I have layered, mid-back length, heavy thick hair. I have had to use all twenty of normal hot rollers. I tried these this weekend and was able to leave two not used. I used a few sheets of tissues as end papers and the rollers were able to hold all the hair. I did vertical sections of my hair to achieve the beach-wavy type style and it worked great. Even though the heater only holds six at a time, every time I took one out I replaced it. It was hot by the time I needed it.
Great product and I would recommend it. I can now stretch the curls out for two days. Fabulous!
