Description
Ouidad's Clear Control Pomade is a unique, water-soluble finishing aid, packed with conditioners and humectants to calm frizzy, fly-away hair and seal in beneficial moisturizers. By blending proteins with holding polymers to remove the stiff feeling common to styling products, the result is a finishing formula that leaves hair soft and shiny. Use with Ouidad's styling gels for added hold and lustrous shine - or as a finishing touch to define curls after gels have set.

Directions
Apply to hair after styling gel has set curls in place. Begin by applying to palms and rubbing together. Hold your hair with one hand while pulling it back in a pony tail effect with the other. Run your hands to the end of the pony tail to define and open your curls.

      I have tried almost everything to no avail to smooth the wiry frizz and poof of my wavy 57 year old hair. Products that work for others do not work on my hair. Very frustrating. A salesperson at Ulta recommended this for me. I used this on both wet and dry hair, and let it air dry (am a low maintenance gal who avoid heat because of my already arid hair). Unfortunately this diminished the frizz and poof only a little.

              I love the concept, but I have not figured out the right formula yet. Wet hair, dry hair, using it alone or with other products. I guess the slicked look is in, but it feels a little greasy for me.
