Product smell is important and this one is nice, light, and fresh. I use it daily as the bottle indicates by applying at the roots first in sections and combing through. I find that it takes a while to rinse before I feel as though all the product is out. Nice product but nothing extraordinary about it.

I've seen great reviews on Ouidad products and decided to try it. I've tried it a few times now to help condition and detangled my naturally curly 4a/b hair. It is nice and thick, and works well in detangling, but disappointed with the way it made my hair feel once I rinsed it out. It leaves a residue on my hair that makes it not feel so clean or so slick as when it's on. I've tried it with all of it washed out and with a little bit left in after rinsing it out but it just didn't feel so nice to me either way. I believe for me it was overrated. I feel Aussie Moist 3 Minute deep conditioner smells just as good and works a lot better, and is a fraction of the cost. I will use it until its finished because its not terrible and too expensive to throw away, but it's not my first choice in my regular regimen.

I've been searching everywhere to find the perfect shampoo/conditioner combination to make my curls detangle and be shiny and soft. I've spent hundreds of dollars on "professional" items that have not worked at all. Ouidad is the perfect product. My hair is wavy/curly and it tangles like crazy. Ouidad untangled my hair from the first use, and keeps it untangled throughout the day.
