I am new to Ouidad products and am getting used to using them in place of a big name brand sold at high end stores. So far I much prefer the Ouidad because I had my hair colored prior to starting use of it, and after two weeks of use I see no fading of the color, and attribute that to the fact that Ouidad contains no sulfates, and the ones I used prior costing big $$$ do, and they cause fading color within days of use. I highly recommend.

This is sulfate-free, so it does not lather like most shampoos. I knew that when I bought it. Overall, I really like it, but I wish it had a nicer smell. It doesn't smell bad, it doesn't really smell much at all!

I don't "shampoo" very often, but during the driest weather I need all the frizz help I can get. For clarifying and a thorough, gentle clean this is an excellent product. It doesn't strip my hair or make it squeak, and it has a fresh, soapy scent. I love Ouidad Co-Wash, which is similar to this, but this is the best alternative for the times my low porosity hair can't handle more moisture. The Climate Control products used together truly create hair that resists frizz more than anything else I've ever tried.

I have very curly, thick, frizzy hair and use this product about every 2 - 3 days. It adds a softness to my hair like conditioner and seems to clean well.

I had this shampoo for a few weeks, and I didn't have time to try it due to my busy schedule. I recently tried it, and it works wonders! I'm African-American with long, thick, curly/kinky hair, and washing can be encumbering at times. This shampoo made my hair soft, smooth, and it made detangling so much better. I'm now sold.

I am a product junkie and have tried every shampoo out there. This is probably one of the best shampoos I have ever used and doesn't dry out my hair. I tried the no-poo method and found it weighed my hair down. This shampoo is gentle yet effective and reduces frizz and provides excellent volume for fine thin curly hair. I can go 4-5 days in between washes.

I've always had issues with finding a balance in a product that addresses my frizzy curly hair and also my sensitive skin. The bumps on my forehead, neck and back went away after I started using Ouidad products. I use the Climate Control Shampoo, Climate Control Conditioner and then Climate Control Gel.
