First time using this product and it was easy to use but I wouldn't use the brush's that came with it, I would use my own. My skin is very break out prone and super sensitive, so far my face is loving it. It's a bit pricy but it's worth it.

The PF light kit comes with a foundation powder in creamy natural. This was too dark/orange for my skin. To be fair, I have a touch of rosacea, which may contribute to this. The powder is soft but not as soft as Benefit's Hello Flawless powder foundation. The PF powder comes with a little black brush and when you try to use it, powder starts flying everywhere! Also, while I have combination/oily skin, the powder managed to find a few dry patches on my skin and made them very noticeable. The blush that was included in the kit was a nude rose color (I think the name was blushing glow) that hardly had any pigment to it. The mineral veil was the only okay product about this kit. Unfortunately, everything contains parabens.

I've been using this kit for a few years now and love it. It works just as well as higher priced makeup at a fraction of the cost. Perfect for oily skin, which is something that I have and up until I found this stuff I had trouble finding good makeup. The only trouble I have with this is that most stores don't carry the fair shade they have in this(which is what I use) and that the finishing veil can be messy.

I really like this product, it is a bit messy, however, all mineral make-up is so it was expected. Some people have complained that the blush is too light, I actually really like it, it is a much more natural looking blush, it is a peachy color and like the pressed powder if you want more coverage or a darker color you can layer it on top of itself. My only issue with this make up is it shows dry patches (if you look up close) however, I tried this in the evening and didn't apply moisturizer right before using. I would suggest if you have dry skin or patches, use a moisturizer, let it set in then apply this make-up. Also, if you have anything you want to cover up, use a concelear brush to apply the foundation to those areas first then use the powder all over. I am not a fan of the brushes that come with the foundation or the blush, so I used my own kabuki brush and blush brush, however, the brush that comes with the veil worked well and fits the container perfectly.

I have fair senstive skin. This product has been great. I like the way it feels on my skin and have had no problems. It is a very quick application.

Both my daughter and I have used this. I initially bought it for my daughter to use on her back, due to an acne breakout on homecoming. It was perfect and it did it's job great. She was able to wear her backless dress and no one was the wiser. Since then we have started to use it on our faces. It works great,but it is messy. The lid is too deep to tap off your excess powder and while you are storing it lots of the powder collects in the lid. It has made a mess of my vanity and I have to wipe it down after every use.

The pressed powder covers & feels great..the brush that is attached to the mineral veil is kind of stiff--I dumped it into an empty face powder jar & use my own brush--much better!! The blush color in the medium kit is too light--a darker shade would work better..all in all I love this kit--was using Clinique face powder & much prefer this
