spraying into towel dry hair provides a light weight body for my fine hair that allows movement without too much hold. great to use in combination with Add Volume Shampoo and Conditioner

My hair has been thinning over the years, this product brings it back to feeling full again. I spray a moderate amount (too much will of course make your hair sticky) into damp hair and blow dry with a round brush. The fullness lasts for quite a while and it's not quite as heavy/sticky as most other volumizing sprays I've used. I just wish it weren't quite as pricey but it is worth the price and lasts a while.
