This product is quiet, just as advertised. It is much quieter than any other hair drier than I have ever used. That being said, there is not enough heat. The high heat setting is not hot at all, I would describe the high setting as more of a low/medium setting. Thus, it takes me much longer to dry my hair. I am very disappointed with this product considering the amount of $$ I spent on it.

The buttons are in a position where it is easy to bump them off or bump to a different temperature.
Wish it got warmer. Love that it is lightweight.

This is a great product! It is quiet, lightweight & efficient. I love that the cool air button clicks in place instead of having to hold it. Good power & quick drying time. My only improvement is that it could have a wider neck for the air to flow out of.

Long cord great but it actually caused my hair to be frizzy & I don't normally have a problem with frizz

Every hair dryer that has ever dried my thick head of hair requires the highest heat possible and about 30-35 minutes of my time to get it completely dry. This one I can do it in 15-20 minutes on low heat. And I didn't spend an arm and a leg for it. I love this dryer and would recommend it to any one with thick hair.

After my dryer died. I was in a search for the quietest dryer with a diffuser that I could find, This is it! It is well worth the money!

I like it a lot , its perfect for my hair, no frizz. After drying my hair i do not need to use the flat iron to make my hair looks better . My hair is beautiful shiny , looks thick and everybody is asking me where i had my hair done, cause everybody thinks that i had my hair done at a salon. I use curling iron after drying my hair with it and my hair looks amazing. I got hot tools product cause i already have hot tools curling iron and i like it too. Good price and amazing product.

This blow dryer is going back - it is horrible. After nearly a week of "giving it another chance" I am no longer willing to waste my time. This dryer is no better than the $20 variety. Way too expensive to be a back up blow dryer, so I am returning it!
