I found that my 4 curling irons I have at home work better than this one. I wanted to buy this to avoid kinks from my traditional curling irons that aren't meant for wrapping your hair around but I don't care for the curls this gave me and it took too long to get a curl so I gave up and went back to my own.

I like the styling wand but found it difficult to use to style the back of my hair. Maybe it is me. I kept watching You Tube videos on how to use. I will definitely need an extra pair of hands to complete my look! You definitely need to use the gloves. In fact, at a lower than 400 degree setting it burned through the glove and left melted material on the wand. Cleaned off but . . . be careful!
