Hang your head upside down and spay liberally. Work thru hair with fingers then flip up and comb thru hair. Hang head back and forth and back and push hair up according style. Dry hair upside down using a diffuser continuing to push hair up according style. When 90% dry flip hair up and style with a pick or wide tooth comb. Spray side of hair and scrunch. Continue to lightly spay other side and back and scrunch to control curls. Let dry and WOW LA!

Love love this product! I have very straight fine hair and I use it every morning on damp hair before I blow dry. My hair has natuaral oils that appear right after blow drying to using this first help eliminate them! My hair has added body and life with it.

I have used it once for beach waves with wet hair and it is "ok" I would recommend using it on wet hair with someone who has a little more wave to their natural hair.

I didn't think that for the price of the product it held any body to it like it should have. My hair did not hold the waves it said I would have by it. Herbal essences product is so much better for a quarter of the price.

I think this product is good for pumping up existing curls but I'm not sure it's strong enough to give those sexy beach waves to stick straight hair. Easy to use (a good bit does come out) and smells great. I like using it on mostly dry-ever so slightly damp hair. It works best then.

the actual spray mists well and has good coverage. there is even a small plastic lock you can put on or take off so it cannot be sprayed when not in use.

the actual style of "textured waves" did not come out so hot for me. my hair was kind of the same but with product in it. might work great in conjunction with a curling iron, but i bought it in hopes i would not have to do that. i dont have the time in the morning!
