Worked for about 3 manicures before becoming too weak to cure gel. Recommend you invest in the pro light instead of wasting your money on the portable light. Do your nails before your vacation and save yourself the hassle and headache!!

This thing does not work. I could not get it to dry one nail after two hours. I don't know if mine was a defect product or not but I purchased the larger unit and it works perfect.

This light works great if you follow the directions for the curing for this light. I think that some users are following the directions for the pro light and not getting the results. Base must be cured for 1 min, color for 3 mins and top coat for 2 minutes.
I'm planning on getting the pro light because manicures with the portiable light take an hour

I use the Red Carpet system instead of paying to have my nails done. It takes about 1/2 hour to get off polish and about 1 hour to paint and dry with the portable light but it saves money in the long run and no missed appointments!
