Funny I received this request, if I could return it I would. It hurt when I brushed and pulled my hair out. I went back to my old brush. Not sure why it hurt to brush, but I couldn't make myself use it a second time.

I have kinky African American hair and love to use this brush with my blow dryer to detangle my hair before I straighten it. It feel good on my scalp and begins to straighten my hair before I even put a flat iron on it! This brush is a MUST HAVE!
