  • Cucurbita Pepo (Pumpkin) Seed Extract: considered an anti-androgenic anti-DHT effect
  • Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract: thought to help dissolve and denature keratin
  • Larrea Divaricata Extract (aka chapparal): rich in NDGA which is thought to moderate regrowth and slows down cell growth rate
  • Palmatine: moderates mitotic activity of hair bulb keratinocytes
  • Subtilisin: hydrolyzes keratin into small peptides and decreases synthesis of hair proteins
  • Urea: denatures the cellular proteins and expedites hair exfoliation
  • Hydrolyzed Soy Protein: anti-androgenic effects

Comments about Dermadoctor Gorilla Warfare Hair Minimizing Facial Moisturizer:

So I was very skeptical about buying ths product even after reading the great reviews. $50 is a lot of money to spend but I have not been able to really find any other product that came close to this. So I bit the bullet and bought it. Before I started using it, I used Nair on my upper lip (like I usually do) and started applying the product immediately after. I put it on twice a day like it says and didn't see much difference at first. My hair still grew in at the same rate and thickness. Then I decided to shave my upper lip (which I NEVER do) and still continued with the product. This time the hair has definitely started growing in a lot slower and thinner. I'm only on week 3 of using this but from what I have experienced so far, it is a really good product.

Comments about Dermadoctor Gorilla Warfare Hair Minimizing Facial Moisturizer:

This product may be expensive but it does a very good job of blocking facial hair re-growth. I have been using it for about a year now and am very pleased. I do wish that it was not quite as expensive. If the price of it continues to go up, I will have to find another product.

Comments about Dermadoctor Gorilla Warfare Hair Minimizing Facial Moisturizer:

I am now on my second jar. It's working to minimize the hair on my chin/sideburn areas - it seems to be less coarse and there is not as much there. You need to continue with hair removal, only it becomes easier and you will have to do it less often.

It is pricey for the amount that you get but it is worth it for me. My first jar lasted almost two months for me using it twice a day.

This is a great product. I used to pluck facial hairs daily. Although the product is expensive, I faithfully use it twice a day (as recommended). Occasionally, I may have to pluck one or two facial hairs but this has changed my routine drastically. It is the best product I have ever used to prevent facial hair growth.

Comments about Dermadoctor Gorilla Warfare Hair Minimizing Facial Moisturizer:

Absorbs well and does not irritate my sensitive skin. Has eliminated some hair growth but certainly not all of it. Have been using for 6 months and have seen some improvement. Makes other hair removal methods last longer but does not completely stop hair growth for me.

Comments about Dermadoctor Gorilla Warfare Hair Minimizing Facial Moisturizer:

I used it over the course of four weeks. Works pretty good. I waxed my upper lip and chin and used the lotion twice a day afterwards. Only two or three of the dark hairs grew back, the fine blond hairs are much thinner and very sparse. Will use for a few more months to see if I can rid all of it.
