Girl Meets Pearl is a golden-pink liquid that is ideal for mixing with foundation for an all-over glow. First of all, don't forget to prep & prime your skin! Apply a moisturizer followed by a primer to create a smooth canvas for your makeup. You can apply watt's up! before or after your foundation - try using a foundation brush, a sponge, or even your finger!

                      xoxo, B

with a foundation brush or even a sponge.
