I am 54 years old, am very fair and have thinning skin. I tried this particular product because I wanted something that would help the appearance of the skin, not only on my face, but on my neck and chest. Also, I've recently lost weight and was noticing the skin under my chin seemed to be sagging so much, either because of age and/or the weight loss. I've only been using the product for about a week, and this morning I noticed that I no longer have the saggy skin look under my chin! I came to work today and have been telling others what a miracle product this seems to be. I know that calling it a "miracle" seems an exaggeration, but it feels that way to me. Two days ago, as I was sitting in front of a big mirror getting my hair cut, I made a comment to the stylist about my "turkey neck." He commented that I had lost weight, as if he thought that might be the reason for it. So imagine my surprise this morning when it seems not to be noticeable! For the price, this product is definitely worth a try. The scent seems citrusy to me, and I don't notice it once I've put the cream on. I will definitely buy this again and will also try the eye cream in the same line. Thanks L'Oreal!

I am 57yrs. old, and had given up on looking young again.
My skin is dry, flaky, wrinkled, sun damaged, crows feet, and hollowed out eye area... where the eyes meet the cheek.
After using this balm, within the first week the results have been SUPER AMAZING. I keep looking in the mirror in shock, I can't believe my face looks like it did when I was much younger.
Ladies... I only use the balm at night, or on days I'm staying at home and no need to wear makeup, as you could not wear makeup over this balm. But, who cares if you have a product that works. Also, with the balm you need to work it in over small areas at a time, until you completely cover your face because it is so thick, but it is worth the effort, In regards to my eyes, I only apply it to the orbit of the eyes as it is too thick for the under eye. Apply balm just up to the top of your cheeks.
Only one complaint... I hate the smell, it smells like bug repellant, but guess what I DON'T CARE! because this balm really works, so I see the smell as a small sacrifice to pay.
*** Thank you Loreal for giving me back my youthful look again, I can't begin to tell you how happy I am. I was looking, so old and tired. Now I have retired that look.

So I bought this product because I thought i'd give it a shot, its over all a great moisturizer. Very soft, creamy, smells great, easy. But its so thick that I have to use a lot of it each time to actually work and i end up using it all. I was very upset to see how quick it was over.. I know I saw a post like so but they should really put more cream in that thing.. Would recommend but after awhile it gets expensive purchasing this again and again..
