Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
I have very curly hair & have all the tools. I love the straight look but not at the ends. I like that smooth straight lite end curl so that the hair looks like there's a smooth shine finish without being completely straight.
This curling iron is hot enough to straighten your hair but when u get to the ends, put a slight twist so u have a beautiful smooth natural look. Straight irons are only one side and won't turn the ends in or out.
THIS WILL! And the PRICE IS RIGHT!! The cost is the most amazing part to this iron. You'll pay triple to get the same look. Give it a try! It's my favorite iron so far and believe me, my curls are hard to straighten! Hope u love it!

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
It's ok for the price. The buttons I hit all the time while curling my hair. It's annoying because ill be curling my hair and i will hit the button not knowing it and then I'll notice my hair isn't curling anymore. Other than that its a pretty good curling iron.

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
This so far has been a good iron. Heats up quickly and hot! Like others I wish you didn't have to change the temp each time, but not a huge deal. Also I accidently shut it off the other day and didn't realize until it wasn't curling as well. You have to watch that because the lighting system it is not obvious until it starts to cool down. My hair feels great and curls stay put.

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
This is hands down the best curling iron I've ever used on myself, and for the price, you just can't beat it.
It gets super hot, very fast. (400 in 30 seconds, no joke) I can curl my whole head of thick hair in 10 minutes, and spray minimaly, and the curl or wave holds the entire day. In fact, I've slept on it and still woken up with nice waves.
Unlike other reveiws, I have no complaints on the handle getting hot. The ONLY issue I have had is that my palm will occasionally bump the temp down to 380, but I feel and hear it when that happens.

Before I got this curling iron, I was very unsucsessful with others. Now whenever I use this to curl my hair, I get so many compliments! Plus it is really simple to use, and I really like the adjestable heat setting.

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
Good product for the price. I have long curly hair that I straighten and my old iron broke right before the holidays so I needed to purchase one quickly and didn't want to spend a ton of money on a professional iron. This iron heats quickly and does a good job. I've only used it three times, but so far I'm pleased.

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
I love the fact that this curling iron gets super hot (up to 400 degrees!) fast. The only downfall with this curling iron is that I tend to burn my fingers because there's nowhere to really grab on top when curling your hair, only the handle, and I like to have complete control on my curling iron/straightener.

Comments about John Frieda Loose Curls 1 1/4"" Curling Iron:
The buttons are placed in an awkward place, I always accidentally press them and change the heat setting while I'm using the curler.
