Comments about Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage Makeup:

I am in my 40's with dry skin. I have tried everything from Cover Girl to Tarte, and usually use Revlon Colorstay because I prefer full coverage. I'm glad I tried this because it is my new favorite. I apply it with the Ulta oval blending sponge with no concealer or primer. This covers slight imperfections very well and still feels light. It really helps with flaking skin, too. I felt moisturized but not overly so. I almost didn't buy this because of the reviews, but this is clearly marketed towards older women with dry skin, not younger women with oily skin. You will not be happy with this product if you do not have dry skin. You will also need to use concealer or CC if you are trying to cover more than slight imperfections.

Comments about Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage Makeup:

This is probably the worst foundation I've ever purchased. It's absurdly oily, cakes almost immediately and just doesn't blend at all. It looks disgusting, and being that it's on the pricier end of drugstore makeup, I would have thought it would be better. I'm mad I decided to spend the extra money this time.

I liked the way this foundation feels after you apply it.It kinda feels, and looks like I already used the pressed face powder. The only bad thing is it made my eyes STING,and WATER VERY BADLY the four times I used it,and "what a bummer "Cause this foundation was kind of on the price side for me,and couldn't return it since I already threw the reciept away.Over all I would say that this is is a good product except for the eye problems it gave me.

Comments about Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage Makeup:

I think this product would be good for even, aging skin, but not for my younger acne prone skin. I found that there was very little coverage and I had to use quite a bit of concealer. It also felt a little bit wet and greasy on my face and I had to use a lot of powder to set it.

I did not notice any "Age Defying" effects. The coverage is not as full as I would like. It goes on rather greasy. The product is fine as a foundation and I do like the color, but will not buy it again as I see nothing special about it.

Comments about Revlon Age Defying DNA Advantage Makeup:

At first I was in love with this foundation because I have the driest of the driest skin and I'm only 22. However, when the sunlight hit my face I was able to see glitter all over. I know a lot of foundations use this to give a glowy, dewy look such as: l'oreal true match lumi and mac mineralize moisture foundation, but the glitter in these foundations is not as obvious as the glitter in the revlon age defying foundation with DNA advantage. For this reason I will be returning this foundation. I have plenty other foundations and this one just wasn't worth keeping. As for the coverage I would say it is medium coverage. So if you are a foundation junkie like me with extremely dry skin and are looking for a medium coverage cream foundation and don't mind glitter I would suggest you try this foundation. Otherwise there are better foundations out there.

I've used this alone and also over a BB cream. It works well both ways.
