My fault, should have looked for more coverage.
But for someone that didn't need much coverage it's great!

Not only does this product contain SPF20, it is an excellent moisturizer. I use it under mineral make up. My make up stays on longer and my face looks luminous.

I normally don't put anything on my face, but I really like this product. Its lightweight and doesn't make the fine hairs on my fave stick out like other foundation products.

Comments about ULTA BB Cream Beauty Balm SPF 20:
This is the first time I've tried a tinted moisturizer, and I have to say I'm impressed. I wanted something light and quick for the weekends and days that I'm not in the office and don't need to be super polished. This definitely fits the bill.
I live in a very dry desert climate, and the moisturizer in the product is plenty effective. It really feels like there is nothing on my face, which I love. I have tried putting a light coat of powder over the top on a couple of occasions, and that has worked nicely, as well. If you find the sheen is too shiny, then using a smaller amount and/or applying some powder will help. It covers quite well; I have melasma and also blemishes (yay middle age) and it covers both admirably (but not entirely; that's too much to ask from any product). I do have sensitive skin, prone to breakouts, and I have not had any issues with this product in that regard. I think if I lived in a more humid climate, that would be different, though.
My only complaint is that the "light" tint is a bit darker than "light" usually is in liquid foundation/tinted products. I have fair skin, but not porcelain by any stretch, and the shade is a bit too dark. A lighter powder on top helps, but it would be great if Ulta would prepare this in a shade one lighter than the "light". I can see the color difference between my face and the rest of my neck/upper body when this is on. Hopefully it's not that noticeable to others; I just love the product otherwise.

This is an ok product. Suggest using a powder on top to remove the shiny glare.

Comments about ULTA BB Cream Beauty Balm SPF 20:
You have to remember this is JUST a TINTED MOISTURIZER. I have purchased BB creams that have worse coverage than this. I have dry skin and this is PERFECT under foundation or as a substitute for foundation for going to the gym. Great price and it's just the right amount of coverage.
