I bought this product and it only lasted 3 weeks before it stopped heating up. It would turn on, but it wouldn't heat up. It worked well but buy something more reliable.

this product works very well. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the length is both a pro and a con. It's great because it gets more hair, but on the flipside it is so long that the metal plate part closest to the cord end doesnt close completely therefore not offering consistent straigtening.

I have been using an Instyler and just couldn't get the perfect straight. Got this flat iron and it took a few tries but now I can get it just how I want it. Only down fall is that I hit the power button in the middle of use. I do love how fast it heats up because I often forget to turn it on...no worries with this one. I don't always have tons of time to get ready so it's great to have a tool that heats fast and works great!!!
