My hair is pretty thick and it gets a bit frizzy after I blow dry it. When I first bought this iron, it worked alright. Unfortunately, after a while (about 8 months) it didn't heat evenly and it started damaging my hair. Also, it took longer to style my hair with this flat iron than with others I have used.

This straightener completely ruined my hair! It melted/burned my ends! My naturally curly hair will not curl up at all. Instead it looks like I tried, and miserably failed, to permanently straighten my hair. I strongly suggest that you spend the extra money and buy a professional quality straightener!

I bought this product and it only lasted 3 weeks before it stopped heating up. It would turn on, but it wouldn't heat up. It worked well but buy something more reliable.

Great price for a great product! Better than many high-end products! Heats up very quickly and adds shine to hair. Creates beautiful curls and straightens very quickly!

This straightener is a bargain! It heats up quickly, has a nice range of heat settings, and irons smoothly. The iron is longer than many others, but I actually like it- decreases straightening time even more!

this product works very well. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the length is both a pro and a con. It's great because it gets more hair, but on the flipside it is so long that the metal plate part closest to the cord end doesnt close completely therefore not offering consistent straigtening.

I have never owned a straightener before because I love my hair curly and beachy...but I decided to do things a little different. This was great for the price and it really works super well. I am happy I did not spend hundreds of dollars on another model, this works great.

I just received this product today and I was so eager to try it. Honestly it works great! I had a more expensive iron prior to using this one and it doesn't compare. I have fine wavy hair and this product made it look healthy and shiny.

The price is very reasonable for the quality of this item. It heats up quickly, has an adjustable temperture dial with a guide of what temp to set on for your hair type. great booklet for how to use without causing damage. On dry hair only with oil to prevent damange.

We selected this product purely on the reviews and the price. We were skeptical becuase the price was so reasonable but the reviews were overall favorable so we took a chance. This is for my 11 year old daughter and she says it works like charm. It came in a pretty purple too.
