Add a cup of this product to a hot bath adn soak for 20 minutes. Then rinse off & towel dry. Relax for 15 minutes and you will feel adn smell so good. Really helps a sore back to relax.

I love this product. It says that you should put a cup in the bathtub, you can use much less and still get the same great effect. I use mo more than two caps. This sea salt makes the water really soft and pleasant. It totally relaxes you, it has a soft and subtle smell. Absolutely wonderful. After a bath my skin feels soft, I feel relaxed and rested.
